If you don't receive the item that you ordered or the item you have received has been damaged in transit, we're here to help.

You are responsible for the shipping address being correct, if it is incorrect and Royal Mail are unable to deliver you will not receive a refund.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)RETURNS

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

EXCHANGES OR LOST ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE)

We only replace items if the wrong item has been shipped to you. If your parcel has been lost in transit we will send out your order again free of charge - please give the post 10 working days before contacting us. Send us an email at info@thebakeboxhighland.co.uk and we will sort this out for you.
